The Process

We understand that you value and guard your privacy. When we come to your home or business, we will first spend a few minutes getting further acquainted. We will show you an example of a finished product and explain the contents.  We will then review, and each sign the sale and confidentiality agreements.  

The actual three step process: 

  1. A preliminary walk through of your home or business with you, beginning with the exterior, and then proceeding room by to ensure you are comfortable with us, and with the process.
  2. We will retrace the steps of our preliminary walk through with our video camera, capturing the full exterior (including; landscaping, lawn and lanai art or furniture), and interior  video scans of each room.
  3. Once again, we will retrace the steps of our preliminary walk through with our digital camera. We will capture the full exterior of the structure and interior shots of each room including full wall shots from multiple angles and Individual shots of appliances, electronics, furnishings, equipment and accessories.  

We will enter any serial numbers, etc., you would like entered, provided they are accessible.
During the initial inventory, special collections including; antiques, books, collectables, jewelry, artwork, coins, firearms, ect. will  be  inventoried as a "group".  More detailed documentation of these items can be scheduled as a separate inventory during a follow up visit. 

Additional Services are billed at an hourly rate, scheduled separate from the initial inventory meeting. These can include: 

  • Detailed inventories of special collections with items individually photographed and recorded.
  • Document Scanning completed at our office including receipts, appraisals, certificates, ect. saved on CD.
