Pre Visit Tips

How detailed your inventory is, will be entirely up to you.

Any special collections will be photographed and documented as a group unless arrangements are made for a separate detailed inventory.
Closets should be accessible to photograph and document. unless you prefer we not enter those areas. If so, we recommend you make available any items so they can be documented for insurance purposes. We respect your privacy and will only inventory what you wish to include.
For a more comprehensive inventory, please have your documents such as receipts or appraisals available for us when we arrive. This documentation will make your inventory more complete.
For insurance purposes, we will ask you to place a value on all items photographed. These values will be provided by you and either estimated or based on appraisals or receipts. We are not appraisers and will not speculate as to the value of your property.
Should you wish to have us scan any of your important documents such as certificates, titles, or licenses, please have them available when we arrive.
Have your insurance policy information available as we can enter this on you inventory for future reference (company names, contact information, policy numbers, etc.)
